The SCTA is extending its premium Doxy.me membership to statewide partners to facilitate the use of telehealth during this COVID-19 crisis. Doxy.me is a HIPAA-compliant web-based platform that is easy-to-use to provide telehealth services to patients wherever they are. Although Doxy.me does have a free instance, a premium membership includes a greater breadth of functionality, such as the ability to share screens, take pictures, and engage in group calls.

If you are interested in utilizing the premium membership, please complete this Request Form, and the SCTA team will create your account.

Once the SCTA Team has added the requested user(s), an invitation e-mail will be sent from Doxy.me to the e-mail address(es) provided. You MUST use this invitation in order to access the premium account features.

For more information on the platform please visit Doxy.me, including the Help Center, which includes education and training materials for both providers and patients to get started.
