Telehealth Platform Available to SCTA Partners

The SCTA is extending its premium membership to statewide partners to facilitate the use of telehealth during this COVID-19 crisis. is a HIPAA-compliant web-based platform that is easy-to-use to provide telehealth services to patients wherever they are. Although does have a free instance, a premium membership includes a greater breadth of functionality, such as the ability to share screens, take pictures, and engage in group calls.

If you are interested in utilizing the premium membership, please complete this Request Form, and the SCTA team will create your account.

Once the SCTA Team has added the requested user(s), an invitation e-mail will be sent from to the e-mail address(es) provided. You MUST use this invitation in order to access the premium account features.

Q: Is there any cost associated with this premium SCTA clinic membership?
A: The SCTA membership is free of charge during the COVID-19 situation.

Q: How long will I have access to the premium membership?
A: At this time there is no determined end-date for this statewide service. Should that change, partners using the service would be communicated to with ample time to adjust their operations or processes as necessary.

Q: If I am already using the free version of, can you transfer my account to the premium SCTA clinic membership?
A: You will need to begin using the SCTA domain ( in order to access the premium features. You can use the same e-mail to request this access, but you will still need to submit a request using the request form.

Q: How many accounts can my organization request?
A: At this time, we are not limited the number of accounts per organization.

Q: What happens after I submit a request?
A: Our SCTA team will create the new user(s) in the platform, and an invitation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address(es) provided in the request. Once the invitation is accepted, the user should review educational/training materials in the Help Center to get started.

Q: Can I customize the page or URL to have branding that matches my organization?
A: While you cannot customize the URL or page, you can customize your waiting room and add features such as your organization’s logo.
